Blind Spot and Indicators

When using the indicators, if the system detects another car in the blind spot does it turn the indicator off? In mine the indicator noise certainly stops but I was wondering if the indicator lights also go off as the car takes control to stop what it perceives to be potential danger.

ORA have confirmed:
In regards to your indicator query, if indicating, the light does stay on, the noise of the indicator is cancelled out by the sound of the blind spot warning but it won't cancel the external indicator from indicating.

I'm still not convinced, when I was joining a busy motorway I was indicating right on the slip road and as I approached the slow traffic to my right the reflection of my indicator stopped when the blind spot warning came on.

I would imagine this is either in the audio settings menus.
