Why have my Ora 03 start-up lights have stopped working?

I took delivery of my Cat on wednesday and the startup lights (the front light circle-spin and the rear-light knightrider flash) have stopped doing there thing when i unlock the car. They did initially work. I have been playing with all the menus, so possible i have inadvertently done something, but can find no advice online. Can anyone help me?

If you have the Daytime Running Lights set to Auto then the light dance display won’t work.
